FOSTERING CONNECTIONS: ORIENTATION PROGRAM FOR GRADE IV & V PARENTS
An enriching and informative Orientation Program was conducted for the parents of Grade IV and V learners on Wednesday, 12th February 2025, from 8:00 AM onwards at Gajera International School. The event aimed to foster a strong bond between parents and the school while providing insights into effective parenting and the school’s new ventures.
The parents were greeted by a traditional Tilak ceremony, a gesture of warmth and respect for the parents. After completing the registration process, parents gathered for an engaging session led by our esteemed Principal, Dr. Anupama Bhati and Academic Director, Mr. Jayesh Patel. The program commenced with a soulful prayer, setting a positive tone for the day.
The session focused on various aspects of parenting, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between parents and educators in a child’s holistic development. Parents were introduced to the school’s latest initiatives, infrastructure advancements, and learning methodologies. The session also covered essential information about the school’s trust, trustee, principal, staff, and the various channels of communication, including the school app, newsletter and social media handles, ensuring transparency and engagement.
Additionally, parents had the opportunity to share their reviews, suggestions, and appreciation for the school’s efforts in nurturing young minds. Their valuable feedback was noted, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to continuous improvement.

The Orientation Program was a remarkable step towards strengthening the relationship between parents and the school, creating a collaborative environment for the learners’ academic and personal growth.
