Classrooms

The School has around 25 classrooms on campus. All the classrooms are specious and well ventilated.

Modern teaching aids

To supplement and enrich teachers’ own teaching and to make teaching-learning more concrete and an effective process, we at GIS make use of the modern teaching aids like graphic aids, display boards, print material, projected aids, films, etc.

Computer Lab

The school has well equipped computers lab with around 60 computers.

Library

The school has well stocked library with a large stock of good books. Number of magazines and journals are also available in order to develop good reading habits among the students.

Playgrounds, Indoor Games Facilities

The playground with volley ball and basketball court is available in school, providing opportunity for a range of outdoor sports and gives chance for active play to students at GIS. Along with it, facilities for indoor games like chess, badminton, etc. is also available.

Art and Craft, Dance and Music

The Art Room presents opportunities for developing varied artistic interests including clay modelling, painting, drawing and craft. The Indian Music Room is equipped with musical instruments for a variety of learning experiences in music. There are dance halls also for dance instruction and rehearsals.

Yoga and Meditation

In the hustle bustle of different school activities, a place where children naturally calm down is the Yoga Room. It provides opportunity for enhancing the art of relaxation and concentration and to foster a healthy body, mind and soul.

SMS facility

The school has a SMS facility where in any kind of important & urgent messages can be communicated to the parents immediately.

Audio-visual room

The school has an A.V. Room which enables the students to avail the benefits of the latest multimedia facilities. The audio visual room with LCD Projector and the inbuilt subject content help our students to learn through visual aids. Students can also watch documentaries, Projects, Presentations created by the students as well as teachers.

Skating, Aerobics and Karate

The school provides Skating, Aerobics and Karate facilities to students so they can strengthen their physical abilities and also give them a chance to explore their talent.

Labs

The school has excellent laboratories such as Composite lab as well as MATHS lab. The Science labs are equipped with the latest scientific and instruments. MATHS lab is fully equipped with modern technology and Mathematical games and instruments.
