Quiz Competition on Indian Space & Science Achievements at Gajera International School
Gajera International School hosted an exhilarating quiz competition celebrating the remarkable achievements of India in space and science ON 16th April, 2025. The event was designed for students from Grades 3 to 5, who participated with great enthusiasm and curiosity. Divided into four teams—Atlantis, Discovery, Challenger, and Endeavour—the young minds battled it out in a spirited contest of knowledge and quick thinking.
The competition was brilliantly managed by students themselves, showcasing the school’s emphasis on holistic learning and leadership. Anchors from Grade 6 confidently took charge of the stage, keeping the audience engaged and the event flowing smoothly. A student from Grade 7 acted as the timer while another took on the role of scorer, maintaining fairness and precision throughout.
The quiz featured rounds, including rapid fire and buzzer rounds that kept both participants and audience on the edge of their seats. The event not only encouraged students to dive deeper into India’s scientific milestones—like ISRO’s Chandrayaan missions and Mangalyaan—but also built teamwork, confidence, and public speaking skills. In the end, it was more than just a competition; it was a celebration of knowledge and a tribute to India’s growing legacy in science and space exploration.
