Exploring the World: Gajera International School Katargam Celebrates World Tourism Day with Tiny Tots
At Gajera International School Katargam, every day is an opportunity to inspire young minds and nurture their curiosity. Today, on World Tourism Day, we embarked on a special journey with our tiny tots to explore the wonders of the world. It was a day filled with excitement, learning, and a whole lot of fun as we celebrated the rich tapestry of cultures and destinations that make our planet so unique.
Our celebration began with a cultural exploration that whisked our little explorers away on an adventure around the globe. Their eyes sparkled with wonder as they learned about the customs, traditions, and landmarks that define these far-flung corners of the Earth.
One of the highlights of our celebration was the global feast. The learners were told to taste and try various international cuisines and share the photos along with their own story.
Educators guided our tiny tots with travel-themed games. They embarked on a journey around the school, collecting “stamps” in their “passports” as they “visited” different countries. These games not only reinforced their knowledge but also instilled a sense of adventure and teamwork.
As we wrapped up our World Tourism Day celebration, we encouraged our little ones to dream big. In celebrating World Tourism Day with our tiny tots, we aimed not only to spark their curiosity about the world but also to sow the seeds of global citizenship and cultural understanding. It’s our hope that these experiences will inspire them to become responsible travellers, who appreciate the beauty and diversity of our planet and strive to protect it.
