Grandparents are truly the pillars of our lives, a source of wisdom and endless love. They’ve shaped our parents into the caring individuals they are today, passing down their values and nurturing ways. It is through their upbringing that we experience the same warmth and affection from our parents. Grandparents serve as a steadfast support system, always there with open arms.
To honour these vital foundations of the family, we celebrated Grandparents Day on 31st August 2024 at our school, welcoming over 200 grandparents. The day was filled with joy as learners dedicated heartfelt performances, including dances, speeches, and poems, to their beloved Dada-Dadi. A captivating drama presentation added to the celebration, and the day concluded with everyone coming together for a lively garba, danced with boundless enthusiasm. The entire atmosphere was filled with happiness, making it an unforgettable day that the grandparents will treasure for years to come.
