Every year, September 5th is celebrated as Teachers’ Day in India, a day dedicated to appreciating the invaluable role teachers play in shaping the future of the nation. It commemorates the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a revered teacher, philosopher, and the second President of India, whose contributions to education have left a lasting legacy.
In pre Primary Section, this day holds a special significance as it is a time to recognize the efforts of teachers who lay the foundation of learning for young children. They not only introduce letters and numbers but also nurture creativity, social skills, and the moral values that children carry with them throughout their lives.
The celebration was a heart-warming and memorable event. Teacher’s Day is celebrated just like a festival to properly appreciate their teachers for all the efforts and sacrifices they made to brighten their student’s life and future. The 11th std. learners took the responsibility of teaching on this particular day as an appreciation for their teachers. All of them performed very nicely and they all were felicitated with the token of love for their hard work. The entire programmer was applauded by everyone present and will always remain a beautiful memory in the hearts of one and all present.
On this Teachers’ Day, we not only acknowledge their hard work but also celebrate their dedication to making learning a joyful and memorable experience for every child. They play an essential role in shaping young minds, and their contributions are invaluable.
Teachers are the guiding stars in the lives of young learners. As we celebrate Teachers’ Day with young learners, let us remember to honour these wonderful individuals who dedicate themselves to creating a bright future, one child at a time.
